The aim of the Fit For Sport program is to provide a high class learning environment for athletes of all ages no matter their sporting goals. We will provide all of our athletes no matter what their level with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve and continue with their long term development.

Speed & Agility Clinics
The speed and agility clinics are for boys and girls from sports such as Touch, Oz Tag, League, Soccer, Union, Basketball, Netball and AFL ages from 8 to 18 years of age.
Don't be fooled by gimmicks and a sales pitch, our cost effective clinics are all conducted by former athletes and successful experienced coaches who take pride in their accountability for the improvement of everyone who attends.

Team Training
Fit For Sport can put together a number of age specific and cost effective training plans for your club. The Fit For Sport coaching staff will conduct the sprint training sessions throughout the year.

This can be done in blocks were participants attend a pre-determined number of sessions to suit your budget.
This training plan will assist your players to perform at a higher level than previously attained within the club and also setting a new level of professionalism.
